Will the arrogance of humankind be the ultimate destruction of the species? Will the mindset of Dominion over the Earth be our demise? If we take more than we are intended to have from the very Host of our physical existence, will our species be thrown off like the parasite that it is? Life is a Divine scheme requiring all the aspects of itself. Humankind's special gift was the self consciousness to know itself as a fiber in the Web of Life. Yet, we have taken that gift and justified the destruction of the other life forms claiming a dominion. No. Our dominion is To the Life Scheme. We are no more elevated in the IS of things than a flower or a wolf. We have taken our progress and made it regress. We have taken our technology and made it opportunistic, depending on strength. We have taken the very source of Life and shrouded it into an array of personified gods with the power, greed, and revenge so evident in ourselves. And, the 'lesser' forms? They are annihilated for profit. They pace in cages, spirit broken. Vast forests are devastated. The very bowels of the Earth are sucked out to feed our endless demands. We have went forth and multiplied ourselves into a plague. And we war and victimize the weaker. The time has come. The crossroad is before us. Which turn we take will determine the Species of Man's ultimate future. Oblivion, or Eden, again. The realm of possibility lies in our minds. But the Web will remain. The Circle will turn, with or without us. We will never be more powerful than What IS. Than, the Web of Life.
